- Experiment with different dried fruit combinations.

- Choose between honey or maple syrup.
Treat yourself when you need a sweet fix or bake as a treat for someone in their follicular phase.
Ingredients
- 250g Butter or coconut oil
- 200g Coconut Sugar
- 2 tbsp Honey or maple
- Pinch of salt
- 100g Bia Follicular blend (25g ground, 75g whole)
- 100g Dried cranberries & apricots
- 350g Porridge Oats
Method
- Preheat the oven to 160 C and line a 20cm square tin with baking parchment
- Place the butter/ coconut oil, coconut sugar and honey / maple in a pan
- Place the pan on the hob over a gentle heat, stirring until the butter or coconut oil has melted. Remove from the heat.
- Place all other ingredients in a large bowl and mix and add the liquid, mix well so that all the ingredients are coated.
- Place mixture in the lined tray and press firmly.
- Bake for 35mins to 40mins or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool before slicing.
